We do not accept insurance. However, all visits are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement.

We are located at 250 Northwest BLVD suite 200 in Coeur d'Alene. We are diagonal from independence points. From Northwest BLVD you will take a left on Lakeside Avenue and an immediate left into the parking garage. Guest parking is on the left side. Please enter into the doors that say "Lobby." Take the elevator to the second floor. Turn left from the elevator. Down the hall you will find Revitalize Health signs. Please follow and check in at the front desk. 

You may book up to 3 appointments without a membership.

You do not need to sign up for a monthly membership, but it is highly encouraged.

Membership guarantees provider access after-hours, and in between appointments. Without a membership you are limited to provider access during business hours and most questions will require an appointment. We have several different membership plans for all budgets and needs.

Functional medicine works best when you have ongoing support, not rushed visits or long gaps between check‑ins. A membership allows us to care for you in a way that’s proactive, responsive, and truly personalized.

Your monthly membership covers the time your provider spends supporting you between appointments — answering questions, reviewing updates, adjusting your plan, and making sure you never feel lost or on your own. This level of access and continuity simply isn’t possible in a traditional pay‑per‑visit model.

Membership also ensures we can reserve the time, attention, and resources needed to guide you through a comprehensive healing process. It creates a stable, consistent partnership so your care doesn’t stall when life gets busy or new symptoms arise.

If you’re unsure whether a membership is right for you, you’re welcome to book up to three visits first to get a feel for our approach and make sure it’s the right fit for your goals.

YES! We highly encourage this. Many people are either taking too many supplements, not the right supplements, or not enough to acheive the results they desire.

Memberships may be canceled according to guidelines outlined in the membership agreement. 

Text and email are appropriate for simple questions such as clarification on a medication, supplement or prior instruction. It is appropriate for simple questions such as “Is this a good supplement?” or “Should I take Vitamin D.” It may not be appropriate if you are having side effects of a medication or supplement. It is appropriate for review of normal labs and imaging values.

Questions that involve review of labs, analysis of symptoms that goes beyond a simple direct side effect, acute illness, interpretation of abnormal imaging, medication dosage adjustments, are not appropriate for text or email. In these cases, you may be asked to set an appointment.

We offer a variety of peptides from USA sources 503 (c) compounding pharmacies. There are many peptides to meet many needs. Please book a peptide consult to further discuss your unique needs.
