Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. However, all visits are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement.
Where is your office?
We are located at 913 W Canfield Ave, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815, inside Mind and Body Restored. Please check in at the front desk and proceed to the waiting room.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly membership?
You do not have to sign up for a monthly membership with the exception of weight loss. It is recommended that those seeking continued guidance and hormone therapy sign up for a monthly membership.
Why do I have to sign up for a membership for weight loss?
Weight loss is a challenging hurdle. We find that routine monthly visits, ongoing dietary and exercise guidance and regular check-ins significantly improves outcomes and long-term, sustainable results.
Revitalize Health aims to help individuals acheive long term life changes, not just short-term goals.
Can I make an appointment for just a supplement review?
YES! We highly encourage this. Many people are either taking too many supplements, not the right supplements, or not enough to acheive the results they desire.
Can I cancel my membership?
Each membership has a 3-month commitment, with exception of weight loss which is a 6-month commitment. At the end of the commitment, you may choose not to renew but you may not cancel it during the contracted period.
When can I text or email my provider and when do I need an appointment?
Text and email are appropriate for simple questions such as clarification on a medication, supplement or prior instruction. It is appropriate for simple questions such as “Is this a good supplement?” or “Should I take Vitamin D.” It may not be appropriate if you are having side effects of a medication or supplement. It is appropriate for review of normal labs and imaging values.
Questions that involve review of labs, analysis of symptoms that goes beyond a simple direct side effect, acute illness, interpretation of abnormal imaging, medication dosage adjustments, are not appropriate for text or email. In these cases, you may be asked to set an appointment.
Do you offer primary are services?
We offer preventative healthcare. This is different than Primary care because the goal is to PREVENT disease. We can order all your regular screenings such as mammograms and blood work, vascular screenings, cancer screenings. For chronic diseases we work with you to improve your health and reverse the disease process. Ultimately you will be able to decrease or get off of pharmaceuticals.
Can I keep my primary care doctor?
Yes. We encourage you to keep your primary care doctor.
What is regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine uses your body’s own biological processes to health chronic and acute injuries. Sometimes this is augmented with peptide therapy or supplements. For example, if you have knee pain, injecting PRP with or without BPC-157 can decrease or eliminate the knee pain by recruiting growth factors to heal the problem.
